The database of the project GENMEDOC resumes and allows consulting, in a fast and efficient way, of all information related to the selected habitats, populations and taxons, the collections that have been made, the treatments of plant germplasm and the different germination protocols that have been tested.

Data originate from the working sheets, agreed among the partners, which have allowed the establishment of common and uniform working models and facilitated the communication and information exchange.

GENMEDOC gives priority to a part of the data contained in the sheets for habitat, taxons, populations and accessions (collection, treatment and conservation, germination ). Thus, two different record types have been used: records that integrate in a systematic way the important information that is directly linked to the project objectives (records in grey) and other optional, supplementary, records (in red), where data could be input in the future.
